K-Pop Daebak October Round-up
Sorry about the lack of post recently. I decided to do some major cleaning, and in a spur of the moment I changed the design of my blog. How does it look? Nice, right? It’s been a month since I started blogging so I decided to celebrate by buying myself something nice. Happy 1 month anniversary!
October is now gone, and looking back it was definitely a month of discovery. I listened to many new artist, fell in love with new groups, and enjoyed multiple new album releases. I feel that last month allowed me to learn more about K-pop and fall deeper in love.
Spotify says otherwise. (ಠ益ಠ)
Between September and October it seems that the stats stayed the same. BTS is still #1. EXO, Monsta X, and Seventeen are still there.
I will admit that when BTS released their new album Wings I did play…. still play many of the songs on repeat. But that doesn’t mean I don’t listen to anything else! It just means that I enjoyed that album a lot.
The artist that I played the most in October are the same ones that I played in September! But before you shake your heads, I do have some excuses lined up:
1) Monsta X released their new mini album The Clan Pt.2 in October (you can find the review here). I am a loyal Monsta X fangirl so of course I had to listen to the album. Many times a day. The songs were great and I just wanted to show my support, by listening to these and earlier songs. Many times a day.
2) I was actually surprised that Seventeen made the list because I don’t think that I listened to them a lot. The only songs I’ve been listening to are Say Yes and Very Nice… Adore U and Healing… Chuck and Monday to Saturday. That’s it! Mostly. ((⚆·̫⚆‧̣̥̇ ))
3) No comment on EXO. I neither deny or admit anything.
Altogether last month was great, and I’m expecting much more from November! Here are the songs that I’ve been listening to by each of the artist.

Fighter by Monsta X
On the Snow by EXO
